Drishti has been the support system of Hiranandani Foundation School, Thane, since the year 2015. We initially began with a counselor from Drishti coming thrice a week. Slowly, we realized that the mental health of our students started strengthening, and we witnessed a happier student body. Subsequently, we introduced two counselors from Drishti reaching out to our students throughout the week. Today, education has evolved and become child-friendly, with a significant emphasis on multiple intelligences. When the right advice, motivation, encouragement, and kindness are shown to the child, every child blossoms. This is the contribution that Drishti has made to the fabric of HFS. As counselors, the Drishti team has become the 'Go-To' team in the school. This is in keeping with the ethos of HFS, represented by its Latin motto, "Mens Sana in Corpore Sano" - meaning 'A Sound Mind in a Sound Body.' Another strength of Drishti is the authentic conduct of analytical psychological tests, widely accepted by the Council. This prevents parents from running from pillar to post seeking help for their children. The counselors also address issues such as bullying and educate students on good touch and bad touch. In conclusion, Drishti has been an integral part of the school, holding our hands in the effective execution of the teaching-learning process.

Our partnership so far has been nothing short of productive and fulfilling, and the level of trust between us has only grown stronger with time. It has been an absolute pleasure to work with each one of you, whether we were collaborating on teacher workshops, developing parent sessions, discussing remediation plans, or addressing student counselling concerns. As we returned to in-person schooling this year, the need for counselling services was greater than ever before. The team's empathetic approach, accessibility, and prompt response to feedback, has ensured that all issues were resolved swiftly. Your unwavering commitment to our students' well-being and your willingness to meet our ever-evolving needs make you an invaluable partner in our mission to deliver quality education."

The counselor at Vissanji Academy has been very good at interacting with the Principal and other authorities for regular meetings, updating about work etc. She is good at handling counseling cases, problem solving, communicating with school members as well as with parents. She utilises her time effectively and ensures a very good code of conduct.

The academic counselor was extremely approachable. Cleared all our doubts. She was very helpful by telling us exactly now how we should plan, the options we have and how we could prepare best for post 12th admissions. This was much needed guidance and honestly it was way more informative than I thought it would be. She was very patient and sat through all our questions and doubts and guided us well. She also said she would map out options and send across a list of probable courses and colleges.

We have been associated with Drishti for the past 28 years, nearing three decades. Our children have benefited immensely, and cases that could have been psychological issues or pressures from the social arena have been beautifully addressed with the help of Drishti. Their little helping hand provides the extra support children today need, along with the involvement of school stakeholders, to help them face the trials and tribulations of exam phobia. Furthermore, the workshops, streaming sessions, and parental conversations play a significant role in bringing out the best in every child.
